How long will my order take?
My turnaround time is generally about 2-3 weeks. This can be slightly longer or shorter depending on the season.
Can I get my order quicker?
If you need your order faster than the 2-3 week period you may purchase a "rush fee." By adding this to your cart I can guarantee to finish your order within 10 days. Rush fee can be found in the "Other" section of the shop.
Do you have giftcards?
Yes. Giftcards can be found in the "Other" section of the shop. Giftcards are available for $50, $100 or $150
Do you do mens swimwear?
I currently only offer one fully unisex style for bottoms. They are called the shortie bottoms!
What kind of fabric is used for the swimwear?
All fabric used for swimwear will be a polyester/spandex blend or a nylon/spandex blend. The majority of my solid fabric options are made out of a fabric called Econyl. Econyl is a nylon/polyester alternative which is made out of 78% recycled plastics and is just as soft and durable as regular nylon products!
Can I return my custom order?
Unfortunately I cannot offer returns on any custom orders as they are made specifically for you with your custom sizing and style selection. I do offer SOME alterations at a fee. If you need more information on this please reach me through the contact page.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping generally takes about 5 days within Canada. Unfortunately I cannot account for or be responsible for how long orders take to actually ship once they are out of my hands.
How do I measure myself?
Please see "customs" page to see what measurements I will need. For a "how to" video on taking your measurements please see my highlights on my instagram and click "measuring."
Do you do custom styles that aren't currently offered on your page?
Unfortunately, I cannot offer additional styles that are not seen on my page. If it is something similar to a current option, I can offer small alterations/adjustments. Please send me a message if you are unsure if this adjustment is doable.
