Refund policy

Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange on custom made pieces as they are made to fit your body measurements. This means all custom pieces are "final sale". Whats Her Face can offer SOME alternations to custom pieces for a fee. If you receive your custom swimsuit and it does not fit properly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss alteration options. After this period, complimentary alterations can no longer be guaranteed.

I do not offer returns of exchanges on swim bottoms due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds or exchanges can be made to SOME pre-made items and merchandise including tops, t-shirts and accessories within 30 days of purchasing. After 30 days Whats Her Face does not offer any returns of exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any issues regarding defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. After this 30-day period, we are unable to offer exchanges, or replacements.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
